National Nines 2010

  HPGC 2009 National Nines Champions 

In 2009 the team of J. Moore, R. Haig & M. Bennett won this national competition representing HPGC. As such the committee have agreed to fund this team to defend their title in the 2010 National Nines.

The committee have also agreed to make available a subsidy  of £30.00 for each of 3 further teams from HPGC. The team entry fee is £96.00 ( of which £30.00 will be paid from club funds ). Should more than 3 teams wish to enter the committee will use a draw to decide which teams are subsidised.

The local qualifier is to be held at Horne Park on Wednesday 5th May and closing date for entry is the 21st April. Anyone wishing to enter a team should contact Trevor Francis for more details and visit the National Nines website:

 National Nines Open Championship 

Regional finals and the final are played off three quarters handicap
so no player will receive more than 18 shots.

The competition is open to any male aged 18 or over.
